●Infectious diseases and immunology of commercial aquatic species, currently working with oysters, shrimp, salmonids, crab, and finfish.
●Probiotic treatments and natural compounds to increase aquaculture production yields.
●Alternative amino and fatty acid sources in marine fish feeds, including macroalgae and insects.
●Zoonotic and antibiotic resistance threats in the coastal environment.
